Galvo Laser Lens FOCUS (Business) Card - FREE TOOL (downloadable files, link below)

The tool I've designed needs only one standard thin business card as material and allows you to perfectly focus the lens towards the ground plane. Just engrave the business card, fold it and then use either steep (course) or shallow (fine) angle to find the PERFECT focus of your lens. Then read the height of current position, deduct the offset you measured with the card and write the result down on the card, along with the lens info. Break off the tab and keep it.

Tool is FREE to use and was made using math trigonometry and it's very precise, even if not folded perfectly (fold is function of sin(), which gives low error at angles around 90°).
